2009 has been another great journey!

I started the year working for the SF Symphony playing in ALL the schools in SF, over all we have played for more than 20.000 kids!

Of course teaching at California Music Camp was again another blast and the new location is as beautiful as Gualala. After that I was off to upstate NY for composers and musicians residency. What amazing experience surround by east coat nature for 5 weeks, ending with two great concerts of the new work in NYC.

Fall found me in Europe again for the new CD release tour: After the Carnaval, on the Danish label Stunt Records. Recorded last year in Rio, live in the studio with two of the best musicians and friends one can have! Danish pianist, composer, Thomas Clausen and Brazilian woodwinds multi-instrumentalist, Carlos Malta. The tRIO is a lot of fun as we are 3 composers and musicians with different  backgrounds, living in 3 different continents, the result is a very unique and powerful sound! After our European tour, the tRIO had 4 great performances in the US. It was a rare opportunity to see these guys performing in the US. My special thanks to Thalia Lubin and to all of you that attended the concerts.

I also had a great time teaching workshops in Germany again and playing solo concerts in Germany and Vienna. I took some time off to check out the Greek islands and visit Paris again.

It has been fun sharing my music and making new friends everywhere, THANKS for your support and love. There would be no music without you!

What is next? I have few projects in the works and I should be in the US until May. I will be offering workshops in the spring for guitarists, singers and percussionists, including a choro workshop and composition. Stay tuned.

Happy Holidays! KEEP ON; dreaming BIG and making it happen, loving and opening your heart, giving and forgiving, returning safe to peace and smiling.
